One Person, One Account Policy
Each individual may only open one Benglawin account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension
Benglawin reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Failing KYC verification or providing false information
- Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- In cases where money laundering is suspected
- By order of a court or regulatory authority
You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid, verified balance remaining in the account will be refunded — however, any bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited.
